Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 (HR.K rup7) get issues as per  note 888701.1

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We applied  patch 8845395 before the main upgrade patch driver. However we have HR.K rup7 and are still hitting the issue.
Is there a patch to stop this issue with HR.K rup 7 ?
