Oracle Sourcing :How to link requisitions with related quotes after awarding a multi-org RFQ ?

Hi,

When I want to Complete Award in an RFQ wich is created from Requisitions coming from multiple Operating Units, the option  "Source requisition lines against Blanket Purchase Agreements" is not allowed.  is it an intended functionality ? .

the problem is that there are no link between requisitions and related quotes.
