Nullifying Supplier Email Addresses in Testing instances

Hello,

When we refresh our Oracle EBS r12.1.3 instances from our prduction environment?  It carries over all the supplier notification email addresses.   We obviously do not want to send emails to our external vendors out of our test environment accidently.

Therefore, i need to nullify these email addresses.  Where and how I do this change? Please advise.
