Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm new to ODM. After I run this report, Email Clickthrough by Contact, under the linking URL column, I saw some URLs that I'm not familiar with.

I have the following questions

1) What does each URL do?

2) Are these URLs entered into ODM? If so, how do we enter them?
