User Property - Project Type (Agile 9.3.1.2)

Hi,

Does any one has experience in using this user property.

As per the manual, this property is a multilist where the user can be assigned with a Program Type and "Types of Agile PPM projects the user can participate in."

If the user is being added to other project types, will the system impose any restrictions..

When the field is blank, the user can be assigned to any projects.

Could any one explain the intended purpose of this attribute and how to use it.
