BI Publisher Shift form up

We are using BI Publisher in 9.0.  When we are printing the W2 the form seems to shift up a line and eventually displays the wage in the window of the W2 envelope.  We have already opened a call with Oracle and we applied their suggestion, moving the line up one to address the shift and order the envelopes from Oracle's perferred vendor.  We are just wondering if anybody else experenced the W2 shifting up a line after the first page is printed?
