Not populating the IDDI_CACHE folder

HI,


   In one of our UAT machine we have deployed server and client , when i am trying to start the client offlinedb is populating but IDDI is not populating.On server side IDDI is getting populated.I have checked the rmihost.xml both at server and client every details were correct.What could be reason for this?can anyone help me out in this.Thanks in advance.
