Do I need to create new Business Group ?

  Hi All,

 

      At present there is 2 BG in the current instance. Now the client brought  2 new company under it and planning to implement HRMS for these 2 subsidiary company under the current oracle instance. These 2 subsidiary company has their own work structure and finance.

 

1.    1. Do I need to create   2(new) different BG for these 2 subsidiary company ?

2.    2. If yes/no, how do I define Cost Allocation Flexfield , since Finance module will be implementing at later stage.

 

Note : This is for UAE legislation.
