Unable to Access I-Supplier Portal Using Internal URL, Is it a must to use an External URL?

Dear All,

I am configuring I-Supplier Portal using same URL for both Internal & External till the completion of Configuration in a DMZ (External Server) as per document 380490.1

Currently, I cannot access application after login using supplier User Name & Password, receiving exception error

 

I need your advise if it is a standard functionality?

What is the reference document id?

Is there any workaround to test P2P cycle with I-Supplier sourcing?
