Invalid value "1" in column CTR_VAL_MAX_SEQ_NO table CSI_COUNTERS_B even after entering Readings in

Hi All,

We create counter and enter counter readings through oracle service contracts-> open contract -> Actions -> counter setup and couner caputer.

From R12.1.1 version, when readings are entered for new counters, the latest counter value id is not populated in column CTR_VAL_MAX_SEQ_NO table CSI_COUNTERS_B. Instead we have "1" as value in it.

1. Do we have a fix for this ?
2. where this column is used (ie to test it functionalty wise in front end)?

There is an oracle note id 1504526.1 related to this issue, but its only a datafix and only for Version 12.1.3 and later.
