Implementing WebADI & Report Manager in R11 vs R12

Hi All

Firstly sorry if this is not in the correct forum, please move to the correct one if not.

We are currently using Oracle 11.5.10.2 on Solaris Sparc (64) bit and we have not implemented Web ADI & Report Manager.

We are in process of upgrading to R12.

Can anyone help us in suggesting

Is it better to implement WebADI & Report Manager before Upgrade to R12

(OR)

Is it better to implement WebADI & Report Manager as part of R12 upgrade.
