Unable to Import Template Files in Oracle VM Manager

Hi,
I am using Oracle VM 3.1.1. I have successfully installed VM Server and Manager. Able to setup HTTP server and its accebble from OVM Manager.

I am trying to import Oracle EBS 12.1.3 template files. The files comes in 3 .zip files. I unzipped them and concatinated to get the .img files. Now I have four files under the directory -
Readme.txt
System.img
ebs1211apps.img
vm.cfg

When I try to import all thee by giving files path like -
http://ovmwebserver.loc/Apps-VM/OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM/vm.cfg
http://ovmwebserver.loc/Apps-VM/OVM_OL5U6_X86_64_EBIZ12.1.3_APPS_VIS_PVM/System.img
