Responsibility not getting reactivated for a user

Dear Experts,

 

We are facing a strange issue with reactivating the responsibility of a user. There is one responsibility which was deactivated long time back for a user and now it needs to be activated back. We just removed the end date with respective to the responsibility and ideally now this responsibility should be accessible to the user,

But after several re login, we are unable to find this responsibility for this user.
