after upgrade from 11i to r 12

i have some issue after upgrade from 11i to r 12 from firs we have 4 sob & every sob have operating unit and legal entity with one bussins group for all sob  
when i search in invoice workbench in AR i see all invoice for the 4 sob and i remove value from mo : security profile i need help for this issue please
