Is there a way to check the pre-requisite for a patch Patch 14247039:R12.SCP_PF.B - VCP 12.1.3.8

Hi,
Our management wants to use ASCP product. For that we need to apply Patch 14247039:R12.SCP_PF.B  - VCP 12.1.3.8 PATCH.

How to check automatically if all the pre-requisites are applied ?
