Cs_Servicerequest_Pub.create_serviceRequest API error

 Hi,
I am getting error CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Install_Site): The value  for parameter Install Site is invalid while trying to create a SR using Cs_Servicerequest_Pub.create_serviceRequest API.Please can you advice how to retrieve the correct value of install_site_id?
