During TrancSync patches failed workers for FNDLOAD cssedtt.ldt and m4udislb.ldt.

Found MOS Note "File cssedtt.ldt Fails Applying Translation Patch [ID 1476019.1]"

Need perform this solution
=================================
1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for the 12.1.3 Service Cumulative Patch, 14277679:R12.CS.B, 12.1.3:BUG FIXES FOR CS: AUG'12 PATCH.

2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch.

3. Apply the patch in a test environment. (*)

4. Confirm the following file versions:
cssedtt.ldt 120.3.12010000.3
cssedtt.lct 120.4.12010000.3
