Importing Campaign Recipients

I'm trying to import a csv file of contacts we already have in CRM. I'm using the fields Campaign Name, Contact, Delivery Status, Response Status, and Source Code. When I test import, I keep getting the same error:
"Data File Line Number","Error Number","Error Type","Record Label","Error Description"
"1","41940","Record Specific Error","","No matching record has been found.  The import process will ignore this record."

It says no matching record has been found but I've qc'd this and all the contact information matches up. In my csv file, I have Michael McMurray. In Oracle, the contact is listed the same. What is happening here/what am I doing wrong?
