v11.2.0.1.0 -> v11.2.0.3 Patch 15: What to do if DBUA failed?

Hello again,
Thank you for your help!

I have given an old DBS v11.2.0.3.0 which I have upgraded on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have done the following steps to upgrade this DBS to v11.2.0.3.0:

- Install Oracle_Base_v11.2.0.3.0 as a parallel Oracle Home
- Install Oracle_Client_v11.2.0.3.0
- Install Oracle_OPatch_v11.2.0.3_Patch_15
- Upgrade of Oracle Database via Database_Upgrade_Assistant_DBUA

I do not know what the next steps are:

1. Why is there no service "OracleOraDb11g_home2TNSListener" after executing "DBUA"? Why did "Oracle_Base_v11.2.0.3.0" not install the new service?

-  old service "OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener" exists and was stopped with "lsnrctl.exe stop LISTENER" (old ORACLE_HOME set)

Howdy, Stranger!
