Not able to enter PO receipt

Hi,

when we do the PO receipt, we are getting bellow Error while saving the Receipt.
Please help on this it very Urgent. 

 ERROR
APP-PO-14142: rcv_receipts_th.insert_transaction-001:
ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Cause: A SQL error has occured in rcv_receipts_th.insert_transaction.
