Memory Based Snapshot worker and snopshot Monitor running indefinitely

Hi,

We have currently upgraded instance from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3

Please note that we have only supply chain planning implemented in 11i (There is no ASCP)

After the upgrade, we launched data collection program and it completed sucessfully. POst that we luanched "Launch Supply Chain Planning Process".

This program is running indefenitely and in one of the memory based snapshot program, we could see following log however this program is running indefinely.

Cause: A printer driver for printer type HPLJ4SI and print style 1099RPORTRAIT does not exist
Action: Check that print style 1099RPORTRAIT is supported on printer type HPLJ4SI and a record exists in FND_PRINTER_INFORMATION
