Faulted /SYS on Sun Blade T6340 Server Module

Hello,

    I am experiencing a difficulty in resolving fault indication on the T6340. There is no physical amber on the chassis and blade but it is indicating faulty /SYS in the ILOM web interface.

This is a new blade and have carried-out the following:

1. Confirmed the FW level on the blade with others on the chassis (The same level)

2. Cleared the fault after logging into the blade cli using "set /SYS clear_fault_action=true"

3. Cleared the fault on the ILOM interface.

4. Cleared the fault using "fmadm ....."


The blade is up.


I will appreciate a way out of this issue.
