Request finishes with PHASE inactive status NO MANAGER

Hi

After running out of space in the midtier of the application, specific custom requests like  RONA AR Invoice Print are finishing always with PHASE inactive status NO MANAGER and hanging there.

All services are up and running, we have rebooted the system twice so far, we have executed the CMCLEAN.sql but there is nothing which works. We are getting always this message.
