Desire to Create Claims for a Related Customer Now Available in 12.1.3

Enhancement Requests are reviewed and some are approved and released as a patch to include desired functionality!
Note 1350598.1 - Receipts Workbench Issue: Need to Create Claim Investigation for Related Customers in AR

The desire to create claims for a customer, other than the receipt customer, and Resolve the claim for the appropriate customer has now been provided for release 12.1.3.

Remember to add your company to Enhancement Requests (ERs) for more visibility and desirability!  They do not get forgotten!

Enhancements are prioritized on various criteria, including the number of customers who request the functionality, the business case, e.t.c. We suggest you contact your independent Oracle User Group, who also have input into prioritizing Enhancement Requests
