Error Message: The Oracle Management Server (OMS) host and port specified via OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD

 Hi All,
I am trying to deploy 12c oem agent on Sun Solaris machine and my OMS 12c s running on linux machine. Below is the error I am facing. 
Please let me know if you have any idea to fix this.

Error Message: The Oracle Management Server (OMS) host and port specified via OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD_PORT is not available. Pass in a valid hostname and port number for the OMS to successfully deploy the agent.
