{ARM] Can we delete the profiles if no mappings exist for the previous months we loaded.

From time to time accounts will be inactivated and a reconciliation will no longer be needed. How do we inactivate the reconciliation so the notices will not be sent and a reconciliation is not expected to be prepared?
