Where do you start when setting up and configuring Electronic Document Delivery (EDD)?
Only for Customers using JD Edwards World A9.2 and higher
It is a prerequisite that Import/Export is set up 1st before Electronic Document Delivery (EDD) will work. Once Import/Export is working correclty I like to point customers to these knowldge documents listed below.

Once you have Import/Export and EDD working correctly you can then begin to introduce the BI Publisher (BIP) templates into the IBM IFS directory to create pdf reports for email distribution. BIP templates used with EDD are typically created using the BIP Desktop that is installed on the PC/laptop and imbedded in MS Word as an editing tool.
