How to track Adjust Delivery done from SIM ?

  Hi Guys

We have requirement to get All the Adjust delivery done from SIM DB for reporting purpose.

Means--If Actual Received Quantity was 4 and after two days user change it to 9 by clicking Adjust Delivery button , then how we know that  additional 5 quantities added via Adjust delivery.

So my question is how to know that Delivery has been adjusted from SIM DB..

NOTE: We know that Adjust delivery can be tracked from RMS but our requirement is to find this From SIM (13.1.5 version)

Please advice on this...
