Hi everyone.
Since it is not clear to me after reading CRM patching policy and QF README file, could you please help on this:

I want to install QF 8.1.1.3[21219] - QF[03DP] onto Siebel 8.1.1.7.

In Oracle [ID 1482672.1] it is mentioned that QF will be addressed in FP 8.1.1.10.

In README file of QF[03DP] is mentioned the following:

Build Detail
Platform:     SOLARIS, WINDOWS
Language:     N/A (Lang Independent). This patch can be installed on top of any existing language installation.
Incmp. FPs:     8.1.1.9, 8.1.1.8, 8.1.1.7, 8.1.1.6, 8.1.1.5, 8.1.1.4

Can I install QF[03DP] onto Siebel 8.1.1.7 even though it released for 8.1.1.3 ? What does this Incmp. FPs means?
