Service request owner is not receiving status update notifications

Hi,

Service request owner is not receiving the email notifications while changing the SR status, but able to see the  notifications in the user worklist.I checked in the WE_DEFFERED workflow queue, all emails are showing in the processed status.

User and resource is having valid email accounts.I checked in the preference tab also the email notification is in MAILHTML. Please help me.
