Troubleshooting misclassified accounts in general ledger [ID 1050920.6]

 Hi
I'm trying to implement the solution as per ID 1050920.6 to correct the misclassified accounts but it does not change the accounts combination after we commit,we bounced the apache,do we need to bring the whole environment down,or what could be the problem.
