Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. EBS R12 - Status values : incompleted list of values when creating a new SR

Hello,

EBS R12

Responsibility CRM admin

Navigation: Setup > Service Requests > Request Status

I added a new Status XXX.

And afterwards i created a new SR with the status Open.

But when trying to update the status of the new created SR, the new status value XXX is not in the list of values .

What must be done to update this list?
