unable to reserve funds please contact purchase administrator

 Hi,

We are facing an issue in i procurement, where PR is raised and one of the user is requesting for information, and PR is in In-Process.

When the requester is  clicking on CHANGE to do modifications in the PR lines, it is displaying an error UNABLE TO RESERVE FUNDS , CONTACT PURCHASE ADMINISTRATOR.

we are using Advisory Budgetary Control.

Please help me in solving this. This is happening in Prod. instance, we tested the same scenario in Test instance but its working fine in Test instance.

Please i need a quick solution to this, as user is waiting for the change action to be done.
