Workflow

Hi Experts,

We would like to create a workflow that whenever oppty going to reach its exp.closing date ,before seven days  the system should create a task that opportuntiy details should display in the  owner's calander with the opportutniy name and expected closing date other related info etc...

I hope this could done by the workflow and the action is task but i am not aware of the exact syntax for this work flow  and also i would like to know that there is send a mail to oppty owner and relative user ,here what does the mean of realtive user ,Is the opportutnity team member ?
