Certificate Key 1024 for Oracle Apex

Hi All

With the new patch updates for internet explorer 8 and 9. My Apex apps don't work, I guess the problem is because this web browsers blocked the RSA Keys under 1024 bits and my app has a 512 key.

How I can upgrade or change the RSA 512 Key bits for a one of 1024 or higher?

Apex use an Apex Listener with WebLogic 10.3.5
