Auto-Approve Support Identifier

Hi All,
My Support identifier is in the state "Auto Approve".

Q1. New user requests are still pending for a CUA approval. Any idea why the auto approval process doesn't work ?

Q2. I've been reported that the user requesting the access to the CSI should have a valid company email address. What does this mean exactly ? Against which email domain is this verification done (CUA's one, ...) ?
