ADI Desktop Installation

One of my earlier clients is on 11.5.10.2 and they shutdown the system.  Now they would like to pull data for legal reasons from this system and submit the data.  They started the database and it is up and running.  They would like to instal ADI desktop version to fetch data. 

Can someone let me the know link from where we can download the desktiop version.
