CSTACCLB.pls Code Level (12.06)

What is the current code level for CSTACCLB.pls in 12.06?

We are doing some troubleshooting, and want to make sure it is at the current code level. 

It would also be great if you know what current patches should be applied.  I have checked List of High Priority Patches for Cost Management [ID 1213663.1], but I have found a additional patches that are not in the note and are not included in Patch 8442125:R12.BOM.A – Costing Rollup Patch RUP7:

Patch 11729160: STD COST UPDT ADJUSTS UNCOSTED INTRANSIT - CAUSING INTRANSIT ACCT OUT-OF-BALANCE
Patch 10360423: Consignment Write-off affecting AP PO load
Patch 9581715: ACCRUAL RECONCILIATION SUMMARY DOES NOT RECONCILE WITH GL
