Confirm Delivery Form shows All Ship Mehods-Ones not assigned to the Organization

Confirm Delivery (ship confirm) Form shows All Ship Mehods under Trip Options- Ones not assigned to the Organization as well. This is causing users to select unassigned carriers causing records to fail in MTI in the internal order process.
Please advise if there is fix or we need to go through Support for BUG?
