The following was sent to customers yesterday:

This letter is to remind you that Premier Support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Xe and ERP 8.0, and JD Edwards World A7.3 and A8.1 will end on December 31, 2013. Sustaining Support begins January 1, 2014 and will continue indefinitely as provided for in Oracle’s Lifetime Support Policy. Sustaining Support preserves your upgrade rights and rights to access Oracle’s online support tools, pre-existing fixes and assistance from Oracle’s technical support experts.

Additionally, please note the following:

  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Xe and ERP 8.0 and JD Edwards World A7.3 and A8.1 Premier Support ends December 31, 2013. Oracle will continue to address bugs reported on these releases before this date; however, new bugs will not be accepted after December 31, 2013.
