Report for Suppressed Emails by Contact

There is a report called "Email Summary by Domain" in ODM that will show the emails that were suppressed before the campaign was executed for reasons due to invalid, blocked, unsubscribed, duplicate and error.  This is a good report but not at the Contact level just the Domain.  With large Automotive companies, we could have many Contacts under a Domain of ford.com in a campaign.

Is there a way to retrieve this data down to the Contact level.  I want to know the Contact email that was supressed versus the domain.

Is there such a report?
