CRM 91: When trying to open an order/quote for an inactive customer, the quote order fails to open a

When orders or quotes are created in CRM Order Capture, the customer was active but eventually the customer was inactivated. Users should be able to view the quotes/orders with inactive customers. Currently, when clicking on the order/quote from search results, there is the following error: "Visa Image".
How to fix this issue?
