Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Q: Why does the system give an error saying it cannot find the F06765 when submitting state EFW2?

A: Federal EFW2 (P06765) must be submitted prior to submitting any state EFW2 (P067237).
