Can BRM limits the number of simultaneous accesses?

For a security reason it requires to limit the number of concurrent accesses of users that have access to BRM (BRM core, applications, batch process, client apps, etc).

For example, if USER1 is as CSR and is logged in through a client (say Customer Center) then:
Do not allow any other connection with USER1 to any app (Customer Center, Pricing Center, etc). The CM should allow only one connection to BRM with USER1 at the same time.

Can this be done?

Howdy, Stranger!
