WebADI: The WebADI template takes lot of time to load the data

Hi All,We have a requirement where in we need to load 65000 records everytime a requisition is created.
We have created a WebADI template.
Now when we load 10 records its fast . But once i load 5000 records it takes 3 mins but after this ,If i load 10000 again , it hangs and even i put in 10 records nothing works this time. .

How to resolve this issue.

Also are there any profile option which can be set to control the performance .
I was querying few of the profile options but wanted to know which are relevant.

BNE: Enable Upload Compression
BNE Upload Batch Size
