Upgrading IBM WebSphere 6.1 to 7.0

Hi All,

I am going to install Latest tools release 8.98.4.11 So we want to upgrade existing Websphere Application Server 6.1 to 7.0. what is the best way, do i need to uninstall current 6.1 first then install 7.0? or migration is easy?

the 8.98.4.11 installer for deployment server, is it Oracle UI?
