Charge Account is not getting populated on the PR distribtion screen when creating a PR from oracle

Hello

I Would highly appreciate it , if some one can help me on the below

1- i am working on R12.1.3 , and i have completed the set up for direct purchases for eAM WOs (PO:Enable Direct Delivery to shop floor, WIP Parameters set up OSP rab , PR creation time , at Job /Scheule , eAM Set up > Category Asscoiation .

2- now when i add adirect item in the WO screen , the cycle went okay > system creates aPR through the req, import request succesfully

3- but when trying to create the PR ad hoc with destination type (shop floor) and associate it with eAM Work Order , then the system falied in getting the charge account (getting blank) and cant proceed
