Shrinking Objects

Hi All,

we are running oracle 10gR2 (10.2.0.4) on linux 64bit. and one instance is also being running . this is our production system. as per for maintainence. we want to release space from diffrent objects that may be they have hold due to fragmentation. i want your expert guidence which mrthod i should use which is the best in term of releaseing space from objects which we can make them in use again.

currently we have below ways,, can any one guide me which method i should use, as this is production system and outage is not afford able. in this situation, with which option is can go best
