R12 : Incorrect Base Language when applying a ptch in pre-install mode.

Hi,

when I apply patch Apply Patch 8764069:R12.FND.B (Patch 8764069) in pre-install mode shows
If you use only the American English version, enter 'US'.

Enter a list of language codes  [US]  US ESA

Currently, the following languages are installed:

US     American English                      
ESA    Latin American Spanish

Your base language will be LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH.

Your other languages to install are: AMERICAN

But my BASE LANGUAGE IS AMERICAN
