Accounting Program Ends in Error

Hi,

We are in process of closing January 2013 period, four orgs processed successfully only has failed.

The reason of failure is below error;

An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_engine_pkg.RunPAD.  ORA-04061: existing state of  has been invalidated
ORA-040

We generated the package and retried, only two transactions transferred to GL and still lot of remaining.
